There is a specific process for new patients at our practice. This involves first attending an initial consultation (inc. medical history, physical exam, 3D spine and posture scan) followed by a separate appointment for a report of findings. This appointment is usually on a different day. This allows the chiropractor to carefully review the findings of the initial consultation and 3D scan and prepare a bespoke care plan. 1. The Offer
Receive £15 off the standard price of an initial chiropractic consultation at our Sedgefield branch only.
2. Eligibility
- Available exclusively for an initial (first) chiropractic consultation.
- One offer per person.
- Open to new patients only. Existing patients or those who have previously received an initial consultation at either of our branches are not eligible.
- The offer is personal to the recipient and non-transferable.
3. Location Restriction
This offer is valid only at our Sedgefield branch.
It is not valid at our Durham branch or any other location.
4. How to Redeem
The appointment request form, states you have come via a offer, but please remind our team on arrival.
- The discount will be applied at the time of payment for the initial consultation.
- Proof of eligibility may be requested.
5. Validity Period
- Offer valid from 08/09/2026 until 08/10/2026, or until withdrawn.
- Bookings must be made and the consultation attended within the validity period.
- Subject to practitioner availability.
6. Restrictions and Exclusions
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, voucher, package deal, or promotion.
- No cash alternative, credit, or refund will be given for any unused portion of the discount.
- Does not apply to follow-up appointments, treatment courses, X-rays, or any other products or services.
- The standard consultation fee (before discount) remains subject to our usual pricing and any applicable clinical assessment.
- We reserve the right to refuse the offer if these terms are not met or if we reasonably believe the offer is being misused.
7. Changes and Withdrawal
We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect bookings already confirmed under these terms.
8. General
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
- By booking and attending an appointment under this offer, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
