Directions & Parking
Travelling by Car
Enter Belmont Industrial Estate at the traffic light junction on Broomside Lane. Broomside Lane can be accessed from the A690 or from Sunderland Road / Marshall Terrace by turning left at the junction onto Broomside Lane after B & M / Bannatyne’s Health Club.
Once in Belmont Industrial Estate follow Belmont Industrial Estate Road and take the 3rd right turn into Mandale Business Park.
Turn immediately left into the car park after the first building on your left (Chapter Two Café) and arrive at Humber House.
The clinic is on the ground floor and the entrance is the door to the left as you enter the lobby.
Parking
Patients can park anywhere on the estate designated WITHIN THE RED BOUNDARY LINE shown on the image below. If no spaces are available directly outside Humber House (Zone 1) then you can park behind the offices opposite the café (Zone 2). The yellow arrows on the image below will guide you. All parking is free.
Warning: if you park outside of the red boundary line you may be liable for a parking fine.
Travelling by bus:
There are a number of busses that stop on or near Belmont Industrial Estate. Please see the map below for the location of the closest bus stops and corresponding number.
- Business Park Turning Circle Stop – No 65
- Business Park Stop – No 65
- Belmont Link Road Stop (3 stops) – No X62, 65, X20 and X62
- Eden Terrace Stop (not pictured), which is next to Bannatyne’s Health Club – No 20, 65, 204, 204A.
The new clinic location is approximately 10 minutes walk from the Business Park and Link Road stops and 15 minutes walk from the Eden Terrace stop.
