Rows: To assist offset the affects of slouching, rows focus on your shoulders and upper back. Dumbbells, resistance bands, or a rowing machine are among options. As you pull, maintain a straight back and squeeze your shoulder blades together.

Deadlifts: Deadlifts are an excellent exercise to build stronger hamstrings, glutes, and lower back. Lift the weights by straightening your hips and knees while maintaining an engaged core and a straight back. To ensure perfect form and lower your chance of injury, start with small weights.

Shoulder Blade Squeeze: You can perform this easy exercise anyplace. With your arms by your sides, take a seat or stand. Take a few seconds to squeeze and hold your shoulder blades together. Ten to fifteen times, repeat. This enhances posture and strengthens your upper back.
