“Sports massage can be of benefit to everyone, whether involved in sport or not. It can help with relaxation when feeling stressed as well as helping with the relief of muscular pain brought about by injury or dysfunction owing to accident or modern day living/ occupation.
For those involved in regular sports activity, regular massage is of great benefit in maintaining the soft tissue in a state that is able to take the rigours of regular training therefore helping injury prevention. When faced with injury, sports massage therapy will help with symptomatic pain relief and get you back on track.”Make an Appointment
