It is the policy of this clinic that all services are charged and paid for on the day.
You can pay via all major cards or cash.
Late Cancellation and Non-Arrival Policy
We now require a 50% deposit for all initial consultation and one hour MLD and massage bookings either over the phone or in-person at the time of booking.
Cancellations within the 24-hour notice period results in the deposit being retained.
Cancellations outside of the 24-hour notice period results in a refund. We reserve the right to retain the deposit if initial consultations are rescheduled within the 24-hour notice period.
Appointments rescheduled outside of the 24-hour notice period results in the deposit already paid being applied to that new appointment. Non-arrival results in the deposit being retained.
