Olly is a qualified Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist, accredited by the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT)

Before joining the team at Durham Family Chiropractic, Olly gained valuable experience as the in-house Massage Therapist for the critically acclaimed dance circus company Motionhouse.

With over nine years of professional experience as a contemporary dance artist, Olly has toured internationally in award-winning theatre and outdoor productions and has made numerous television appearances alongside internationally recognised music artists.

Throughout his career, Olly has witnessed first-hand the positive impact that regular sports massage can have on recovery, performance, and overall wellbeing. He is passionate about combining his lived experience as a professional performer with his massage training, using a range of soft tissue techniques, including trigger point therapy, soft tissue release, and transverse friction, to help clients perform at their best.
